They will ignore you, walk by you like you're not even there and the minute you start to question what's going on or why has no one helped you, all of a sudden, no one speaks English all the while they are speaking English to others when they want too. It's happened to me on several occasions there. Even dealing with the manager, she speaks English when she wants too then catches a case of amnesia
