The worst service. They will ignore you, walk by you like you're not even there and the minute you start to question what's going on or why has no one helped you, all of a sudden, no one speaks English all the while they are speaking English to others when they want too. It's happened to me on several occasions there. Even dealing with the manager, she speaks English when she wants too then catches a case of amnesia

Ordered on the app & they asked me to pull ahead for fresh fries. I pulled ahead and waited 15 minutes & counted 9 people get their food before me. When I finally got my food, the lettuce and the chicken were both mushy, the French fries were only filled halfway & my sauce was missing
