However, being told I’m “wrong”, “you don’t just want this” and “you’ll have to wait then” put me over the edge. Mistakes happen. But twice in one week with very poor customer service response has me back to Wendy’s, BK, KFC and pretty much every other spot on Queen street.

The claim they ran out of chocolate to make a hot chocolate even though they started it halfway. So we ordered a coffee. They handed it to us unfortunately we drove away and found out it wasn't even warm. Do not go here or waste your time or money. They don't know what they are doing.

Nothing on it! All bcus I asked for no cheese! Just wasting my money and going back to work hungry
- CPChristina PNov 20, 20255.0My husband lost his wallet in the parking lot of this McDonalds A customer outside must have handed it to an employee inside this McDonalds When my husband went went to check this particular McDonalds to see if his wallet had been found, an employee said yes and handed my husband his wallet. Now mind you everything was still in the wallet, and so was his 150$. Thanking everyone here for letting us believe that nice, truthful people still do exist! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
