My husband lost his wallet in the parking lot of this McDonalds A customer outside must have handed it to an employee inside this McDonalds When my husband went went to check this particular McDonalds to see if his wallet had been found, an employee said yes and handed my husband his wallet. Now mind you everything was still in the wallet, and so was his 150$. Thanking everyone here for letting us believe that nice, truthful people still do exist! 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I know McDonald’s is a fast-food place and expectations shouldn’t be sky-high, but what I dealt with during my visit was ridiculous. I ordered through the app, got my confirmation code, and even gave the code through the drive-thru speaker. I was told everything was good and to pull forward. Then suddenly, a worker wearing a pink McDonald’s shirt (the night manager or night shift lead—whatever her title is) comes to the window just to tell me my order was canceled.
I have never heard of an app order being canceled for no reason, and the whole situation felt like they were just too lazy to make it. Instead of fixing the issue, she told me to cancel the order myself on the app and then told me I had to reorder it again—and wouldn’t even let me order at the counter.
It was a complete waste of time. Now I have to wait a couple of business days to get my money back for an order they canceled. Terrible experience and even worse customer service. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon

I’ve been going to this McDonalds consistently for over a year, never really had an issue. Now that the monopoly has started, every single time I order there’s an issue. Whether it’s a missing item, item in the wrong box (which means no monopoly pull), or the monopoly pull just conveniently already pulled off the box. I don’t know what’s going on at this store but someone needs to check their employees. The best part is corporate tells you to go to the store, and the store tells you there’s nothing they can do once you leave the inside/drive thru because they have to way to verify what I’m saying is true. Do yourself a favor and just go to another McDonald’s. I’m out over $30 in missing food that can’t be compensated and out a large number of monopoly tickets (which I only got the more expensive food FOR the monopoly ticket).

Its dumb McDonalds. They have order screens now, so you get punished as soon as you enter the building. Gone are the days when someone rudely took your order. Don't fret...they still rudely call your number when your order is ready...but they wont put any napkins or straws in the bag, so you'll need to go back in once or twice. Enjoy all that is McDonalds.
