    I am extremely disappointed with my order. The burger was completely messed up and looked nothing like it should. The patty and sauce were thrown into the box separately, while the bun was packed on its own. And some of ingredients were missing. Everything was in unacceptable condition. This experience was absolutely disgusting.The French fries were even worse, they looked crushed, mangled, and as if someone had either chewed on them or squeezed them with their hands. Order was made at Saturday December 13 2025 around 8:30 pm. I want to make it very clear that the delivery bag was completely intact when it arrived. The courier delivered the order in perfect condition, which means this mess was caused by the McDonald's workers, not during delivery. This is not just poor service, it is a serious failure of basic hygiene and quality standards. I am shocked that an order could leave cafe in such a state.

    No drive-thru and they are missing products. I would not go to this place again. If the owner can't meet the low bar McDonald's has set, no one should be giving him any business. Also rude to advertise on the highway since you have to find parking in a packed lot and go inside. This location stinks.
