The so-called “burger” came without a bun — honestly unbelievable — and was completely dry, packed in a container sealed with aluminum foil instead of a proper lid. The fries were covered in so much chili pepper that they were impossible to eat, and they were served tightly packed inside a cup — again, an entirely inappropriate container. And as for the price — absolutely outrageous considering the way everything was served and the overall quality. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review the preparation and packaging standards of your orders.
