  This is what a bar should be Amazing cocktails and wonderful eats. My new favorite restaurant. The Bartender Kevin was very friendly and attentive and made me an amazing umami forward cocktail. The Bartender manager Kylie is super friendly and informative. Check this place out.

  Not sure what the owners of Taproot are thinking. Subpar quality food, absurd prices, and an affront to Japanese culture, all while adding mandatory service charges after having the customer order through an app. Hope this place doesn’t last long.

  Sat in the back room table service hand rollls. Every appetizer hot or cold was spectacular, beautiful presentation. You can order hand rolls individually or they have them broken up into select groups each complimenting your palette. The service was outstanding. The way it was served we were a four top and ordered as a group was broken up into a good flow of courses.

  My fiancé and I live in Norwalk and always on the look out for new local restaurants. Bar bushido was on the list and it did not disappoint! We were walked over to the back restaurant and inside was a dimmed intimate hand roll restaurant/lounge with trendy jazz music playing in the background which also elevated the atmosphere and experience. The service was very personal and friendly. Food was delicious, the fish was very tasty and fresh. Highly recommend to everyone to try this place out!
