Every time I place an order, and she rings me she looks at me as if I’m looking for trouble. When she entered my order incorrectly, and I mentioned it to her ; she questions me in a way that suggests I’m trying to “get over” or receive something for free. Her body language, tone, and assumptions speak volumes. Today was no different. She entered my order wrong, assumed I wanted HOT coffees I did not order, mentioned an up-charge for ice coffees but didn’t charge me, then made my iced coffees incorrectly again. I had to come back around, which caused me to be late for work. Instead of taking accountability, the attitude implied that the issue was somehow my fault. I do not tolerate prejudice or discrimination, whether verbal or nonverbal. Being repeatedly treated with suspicion for months is unacceptable, and it’s clear this behavior has been swept under the rug. I will no longer be a consumer at this location.
