I asked for fresh fries and was willing to wait and he said they just came up. I saw him dredge my fries from the bottom of an almost empty bin! I swear I was in shock, payed WAYYYYY TO MUCH AND LEFT! NEVER AGAIN. Burger was cold. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MORE BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to work at a McDonald’s back in Jersey as my first job and I would give the customers great service and whatever they wanted, I would go above and beyond and give what they requested. I ordered an extra hot fudge sundae and when I told the woman in a gray shirt, she said there is extra fudge. I told her I used to work in McDonald’s and this is not extra. She turned around with her back facing me trying to help with the other orders. I ordered 2 bbq and 2 sweet and sour sauces and she gave me one of each. It’s very sad knowing what people are hired for these jobs because service is never met. I even mentioned I was going to write to corporate and said it loud so they can hear me but they totally ignored me and refused to make this order right. I will write to the main office about this.
