I said i was going to call and complain she said she didn’t care, i asked for her name she said she doesnt have to give it to me, i asked another employee that was in the back and the manager told not to say her name. These people are very rude. I won’t be expending my money here. No professionalism

Your team is horrid. 11:20am 10/27/25, they conveniently didn't provide a code for the online survey. couldn't help to return to say, after speaking with management directly and leaving a poor review here, this location and its food has only gotten worse. It's insane that you allow this kind of service and horrible food at near double the price of a regular McDonald's on top of it. I literally throw out half my food every time I come here. Also, even if they take the fries out agter the timer beeps, they NEVER let the fries drain of oil. The fries here are always undercooked or soggy or oily. So gross. So lazy. And they literally do it right in front of us like we are not noticing they way they throw everything around like it's a nuisance. Multiple times I received food that was undercooked and below proper temperature and tonight is the last straw because combine that with staff who could care less about problem solving or quality customer service.
