I mean, it's McDonald's... Cheap if you get the right things and use the app.

The food and service at this McDonald’s were both very good- our order was accurate, the restaurant was clean, and the staff at the counter were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, our overall experience was affected by something else going on during my visit on Friday, 12/12 at around 5:30PM. While I was eating, the manager working at this time was having what sounded like a performance review or disciplinary conversation with an employee out in the open by the front. It was loud enough for me (and others) to hear and I was seated in the far back, and the tone and content made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It created an awkward atmosphere and honestly made me want to leave as soon as possible, and so I did. I understand that internal discussions happen, but this really should have been handled in a private area, away from customers. It took away from an otherwise positive experience.

Very poor service. I ordered two specialty hamburgers and they weren't as I ordered them. After making the first purchase, I asked if I could get a free hamburger by filling out the survey on the receipt. They told me I had to make another purchase. I made both purchases, but they wouldn't let me claim the promotion for filling out the survey on the receipt because it would mean I had to buy again, and I had already made two purchases. They need to explain clearly to their managers that after making a second purchase and completing the survey, the customer is entitled to one free hamburger.

Honestly can’t believe this interaction just happened between myself and 2 male employees, recognize both of them. They work there all the time. It’s currently 5:28pm on Wednesday Nov.12- this is what happens…. I walked into McDonald’s, waited to be seen at walk up register one of the males stepped up after a few minutes and said hi how can I help you today and I told him I simply would just like a large Dr Pepper and a small fry. Gave him a code for points gave him the $5.25 since it was 524 and I said I’m fine with the penny and he went to go process this on the computer and the register computer happened to freeze or shut down. OK fine not a big deal right… While he’s dealing with this, I say can I at least get my cup for my soda he goes yeah that’s no problem hand it to me. I was patient and waited a little bit. Got my soda and stood there and then said to him Can I just get my fry and he goes “I don’t have that type of clearance.” ………ok. ….. The computer has froze so it hasn’t even processed sent to the order computer in the back so I wait and I don’t say nothing and he goes to what it seems like to go tell the manager the guy with the diamonds in his ear And buzz cut hair….. then a few more minutes go by and I’m noticing nobody is giving me a small fry. no one has come back to me to tell me about anything. No one‘s communicating with me and it seems I have been forgotten about. I even leaned next to the woman standing also waiting And asked her. Am I crazy or is this kind of a backwards situation. I explained everything to her, she agreed and even said “but they gave you your drink? That doesn’t make sense.” ….. then I ended up, saying to one of them excuse me can I please just get my small fry …… the attitude, the discrimination, and the nastiness that came out of the manager‘s mouth, the one with the earrings Not only was beyond uncalled for, but was vile. He then said to me, “do you wanna go behind the counter and do it yourself and try your own five dollar bill since you think this and you think that”… continued to say other wierd rude remarks and started giving me the nastiest attitude I’m standing there. I look next to the woman , both of us confused as to why he was being nasty and I look back at him and “I go I don’t know who you’re talking to or where this nasty anger inside of you is coming from but don’t ever talk to me like that again idk who you think you are “ ….. never project on somebody like that again because I was very close to calling the cops all because of how nasty and discriminatory both of them were. Lesson learned here The communication in this building clearly is not good and why the first gentleman at the register who took my order and my cash didn’t communicate to the manager the situation that just happened with the computer failing or that I was waiting for a simple fry, but you were able to give me my cup…..? Why wasn’t that communicated. The two guys that spoke to me like that, you know what I look like and I know what you look like. Please don’t ever think you could speak to me like that again and keep your nasty evil energy far away from people in the public because you don’t need to be working with customer service if this is how you’re treating people. Nothing but a bunch of bullies and people who look and sound like they hate themselves. Asqueroso
