I was doing Dash and I've been waiting for an order for over an hour. They told me they were going to bring it to the back door, but it never arrived. I had to come back to the window again, and they hadn't even prepared it for me. It's the last straw! Terrible service.

On today 10-17-2025 I sent my nephew in to get his phone from inside the two male front end cashiers harassing and bully my 10 year old nephew. So I went inside and spoke with both oh them and not one time the manager John said anything. But Corporate will be getting a nice email. And on another time they had my order to the car in front of me and when I get to the window they think they can hand me the same bag of food. I'm so sick of the unprofessional no customer service having. But Corporate will get a lengthy email with follow up

Went to Wendy's for breakfast. Staff was friendly. However, garbage all around the drive through and the property.
I heard. Never eat at an restaurant if there is garbage outside the door.
