I ordered a baked scrod with the sides the plate looked horrible the fish smelled very bad and tasted like ammonia the veggies were cold and watery and the mashed potatoes were lukewarm. The waitress oreoder my food but I asked for blackened salmon and I received grilled salmon which didn't taste good either. I will never order anything from Sarah's again.

Sauce was perfect, not too lemony and the perfect amount so the penne was not swimming in it. The chicken franchise was very tender with all the flavors coming through. We were warmly greeted by Sarah at lunch. She went out of her way to make sure I got the right tea for my iced tea. And OMG the lemoncello cake!!! So light and fluffy. Best choice. We will be back

You should not own/run a restaurant if you have no customer service experience. We did not stay to order any food….finished our drinks and brought our business elsewhere. From the looks of the reviews/cimments it seems like a very common experience with the owner/manager. Would never recommend!!!!!!!!
