Dasher had to wait, but he arrived on time and requested for my food to be well done that he will wait for fresh food as customer has had poor service in the past. They handed him my bag, of course he can't open it. Food we received was as cold as ice. Our fries were half empty. I understand it's the holiday week. But you charged us $18 for a meal and its sad & disappointing that you all don't think of your family eating the food your serving. I'll go buy a pack of 6 beefy burgers and spend less and see a smile on my son's face. These restaurants wonder why doors keep closing. Get it together & provide the service that our dollar pays for. Things are only going to get worse & if you not serving good food then will take our business elsewhere...
