  We were there for restaurant week and everyone in our party of 6 were impressed with the food. There was a wide range of appetizer options. The salads were large and fresh. Most of us had the Urban Cowboy Filet and really one of the best steaks I’ve had. It was tender and came medium rare as ordered . The shrimp and butter sauce on top complimented the steak beautifully. The deserts were delicious and large. The wine was reasonabley priced. Altogether a good experience. Thank you.

  Once again don't know why we go out anymore. We visited 3/11/2026. Three people and our bill was $153.53 before tax, so not a cheep night out. My wife ordered the rib combo plate, when the food came out her food was cold. Not warm but cold! I said something to our waitress and she sent it back and they remade it, and it came out hot. That was good. The disappointing part was the manager never even came to our table. He was too busy up front talking with the hostess. We weren't the only ones who sent a plate back to the kitchen. Disappointing customer service!! Not sure if we will ever go back. Seams like no place cairs about the food they serve anymore. Would like to add a picture of the bill but dont see how.

  We were pretty disappointed with our experience at Saltgrass Steakhouse. For the price, the food and service just didn’t match expectations. Our meal for two adults and two toddlers was over $200, which felt very overpriced given the portion sizes and overall quality. The filet was decent and slightly better than what we’ve had at Outback Steakhouse, but the rest of the meal was underwhelming. The sweet potato came out burnt, and the queso wasn’t very hot when it reached the table. Service was also slower than expected. Our server was polite but didn’t check on our table very often. Another server actually stepped in to help us a few times, which we appreciated. Overall, the experience just didn’t feel worth the cost. With smaller portions, slow service, and inconsistent food quality, we left feeling like we paid a lot for a pretty average meal.

  A great place to have in any night out occasion. This time I chose to have a girl's night out and it was Fab! Chicken Laredo with The strawberry and spinach salad was a perfect pair. The atmosphere is massive and filled with historical wonder. If you want to know about Colorado and it's wonderful past, please stop in Saltgrass Steakhouse. You will definitely be a Lone Star Fan👍👍 The service and the food was so good I forgot to take photos. This is a must go place!

  My boyfriend took me here for our 1 year anniversary. This steakhouse was awesome. The atmosphere, the food and the service was great! This was my 2nd time coming here and they don't disappoint. I had a mango lemonade with my meal and I will definitely recommend it! They also have a really good selection of appetizers and entrees to choose from. When we go back there again, I will definitely try the desserts. If you want some really good food and an excellent atmosphere, definitely recommending Saltgrass Steakhouse for a really great meal and a really great time!
