My wife went into this McDonald’s to get a cappuccino with extra cream at 3:33pm 01/3/2026. When she got her order it was not a cappuccino,no cream, wasn’t even a black coffee, and looked watered down! I went back in to confront them and the manager rudely told me that this is cappuccino, even though I could already tell by the taste and look of it wasn’t. So she continued arguing with me and said that if I want another coffee I need to pay for it!! This is not professional! They don’t speak English. Later that evening when I tried to call them to explain, the same manager rudely hung up when she found out it was my wife who was calling. She knew what happened but didn’t want to address it. If you want good McDonald, this is NOT the place to go to. I hope that someone will see to this matter and reply to me!

I ordered a cappuccino with extra cream at 3:33 pm on 1/3/2026. When I got my cappuccino it wasn't even a cappuccino ! It was a black coffee without any cream at all. I went back in to complain and instead of giving me good customer service she started arguing with me. I told her to make another cappuccino and she argued that this is what is coming out of the machine. She offered to make me a new one and that she will charge me for it. She was utterly rude to me. All I wanted was a cappuccino and she was just being rude to me.

Me and two friends came in to order last night and waited for 5 minutes without any one to ask us did we need any help , The lady behind the counter in the blue shirt acted as if we didn’t even exist , so we just decided to leave and go else where, what poor service ☹️😢

Just walked in with friends and Lady literally looked at us and walked away not busy at all and noone was at register did not acknowledge me n my w friends and we were at register, no " hi give us just a min, sorry for your wait" nothing!!! She had a headpiece on but literally looked at us and did nothing. Poor customer service!!!!!!!

They don't deliver the complete orders, but they still charge for them! Terrible service, in my opinion. This has happened more than twice.
