  I don’t understand how this place stays open. I do not eat or drink their stuff but I have friends that do. Every time I’m with them, EVERY SINGLE TIME, we wait and wait and wait and…you get the point. Management must not know how to hire, or how to train, or how to hold employees accountable. I guess the phones keep ringing and the orders keep coming regardless of their service, so at least corporate isn’t losing, just THE CUSTOMER IS LOSING!!!

  Este es un lugar que me gusta frecuentar por sus donas y rico café, pero he notado en mis últimas visitas que hay poco personal para tanto tráfico de personas, en especial el Drive Thru...ordene un Vanilla latte S/hot, pero cuando me lo entregaron era solo la mitad del vaso, no quise perder cambio pues tuve que esperar unos 5 a 8 minutos para ser atendida inicialmente, cuando era la única en la espera dentro del salón. Quiero decir que mi latte parecía mas un cappuccino. No puedo negar que la señora que me atendió fue muy amable y trato de hacerlo lo mas rápido posible.

  i’ve gone in 3 times. all 3 times they were out of donuts. this last time i came though, gloria was working completely alone. you can clearly see the general manager walking behind the counter with no headset on, not helping her. it took me over 15 minutes to get 10 munchkins for my kids because she was doing lobby, drive thru, drinks, donuts, and sandwiches by herself. disgusting way to treat an employee.

  Not good. Went in, ordered an iced tea. Got told they didn’t have iced tea that is black only green tea. I pointed to the handles that literally say ice tea. The other lady in there argued that they didn’t carry iced tea except green. Then she’s like “oh I didn’t know we had that” Then I ordered a medium iced latte. He put green tea in my cup . So I told him, hey that’s not what I ordered. He apologized and was super friendly, then fixed it. I get in the car and he hadn’t put expresso in my latte . It was milk and cold brew . So gross I threw it away. They clearly need to train their “baristas”

  Worst Dunkin to exist, this place needs to be shut down. I have been to this location 3 times now and every single time something has either been missing or wrong on my order. First time I went, I got a matcha that drink had 60% foam and 40% powder mixed with milk which was a horrible taste. Second time, I ordered 6 food items and all of them were forgotten about until I went back up to the counter after 4 other people had gotten their food that ordered after me. Third and final time, I made for the extra upgrades on both toasts and got neither even though I paid for them.
