Don't bother going to this location if you want what you order. They can't understand what you say when you order in the drive through because they don't speak clear English or understand it. The last two times I went here I got home to a completely different order then what I placed. I only go for breakfast occasionally and it would be nice if I got what I ordered but it never happens. Very frustrating!

Last night I placed an order through the app for curbside and I dont know if it automatically cancels since I took a while to pick it up. the male employee last night was no help. He was rude to me. If I'm asking for my order because it's saying on the app to go inside why would I go inside. He told me something must have been with wrong my phone when I'm showing him my receipt that was emailed. He didn't bother to look at it. He made me feel like I was trying to steal food. I had to reorder the food only for it to be cold. Employees here are rude it's rare when they're actually nice. Every time the app says I have to go through the drive thru or inside I have a bad experience because they can't find my order with the number I'm giving them and they'll say they don't know what I'm talking about or why I didn't go through curbside when I'm trying to show them it says to either go inside or drive through. I can't find the restaurant number that's why I didn't report it through the app

McDonald's corporate reached out and said "we informed the store manager" however, if you read other reviews, the same female had the same disrespectful attitude with no action taken.
This McDonald's is truly the lowest rating possible from the manager down.
AVOID THE DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES AND COLD FOOD!
After waiting outside for 10mins for a double cheeseburger, I went to ask for it. The manager (?) grabbed it off the counter where it had been sitting offering no apologies. After walking out to my car frustrated, the younger female followed me out with orders for other cars who were also waiting. As I started to drive off, SHE GAVE ME THE MIDDLE FINGER! My 11year old also witnessed this as did the senior couple in the vehicle behind me!
If THIS is thd type of "customer service" and the low quality of people McDonald's hires, it is a real shame!
My child was so upset asking "daddy why was she so mean? Thats a really bad thing to do to someone"
