I asked for a towel to clean the table with. The young guy at the counter said he would do it for me. He never showed up. We got our food but no where to put it. The guy who brought our meals said he would do it. It took quite a while for him to even come back. Very disappointed. We won't be visiting this Play Place again

Seems like McDonald’s likes to employee clowns at their locations. Trash service from order taker, trash service from drive thru representative, trash service from the indoor girl at the counter and the manager is no better. Go somewhere else, service absolutely sucks!

Cheese even still stuck inside the box which sucks because I got the burger for a lactose intolerant person who now has no dinner
