The app and site both told us Midnight after waiting the 15 minutes and not getting any response, we drove to the front door only to see that it actually was supposed to close at 11 And the drive-through was open till 12. We drove from 20 minutes away (one way) after having played a long football game! Very disappointed in your false advertising and lack of CORRECT communication to customers. Picture shows that we ended up leaving a little after 11 o’clock and not getting any service whatsoever

I ordered a l0 piece nugget and bbq sauce “made to order” and I got nuggets that were old, when I brought it up to the restaurant manager she said she would take care of it. She turned around and walked back behind the counter where you could not see her said something to someone behind the counter and came back out with the same product and said here you go these are fresh. The nuggets were colder than when she walked behind the counter. I’ve always had trouble with this store and their service, maybe that’s the new norm or corporate doesn’t care about the customers anymore and it’s okay to treat customers like that. IDK. I just threw my food in the garbage and walked out. Just venting here but we deserve better than what we’ve been getting out of that restaurant!!
