  Such a great experience here! Was originally sitting at the bar waiting for the rest of my party and they asked if I wanted to get the last window spot and it ended up being the best seat in the house. What a view! For being a restaurant people go to mostly for ambiance the food was spectacular and off of a prix fixe menu with add ons available at an extra charge. Big portions so you really don't need anything else. Everyone enjoyed their dishes but highlights for me were the cauliflower soup, lamb and the chocolate mousse dessert. For the lamb one wasn't as cooked as the others (true rare side) but not a biggie. I understand it's a high end restaurant but would have also appreciated more bottles of wine under $200.

  I came in for an early dinner and almost everything was great. They sat me right next to a window and the amuse-bouche, appetizer, and entree (I had the lamb) were all very good. The service was a bit awkward, but nothing too noticeable. When they brought the dessert menu they told me they were out of the only dessert I wanted (I was one of the first tables sat). I asked if I could substitute for cheese (since I saw that on the a la carte menu), they said no. I asked if there was anything not-sweet I could have as the third course, they said no. I asked for the check without ordering anything. They charged me full price, which I understand, but it is a bit disappointing that when they were out of something (or honestly even if they hadn't been), they couldn't offer a substitute of some kind. Not having the price adjusted or something additional offered (even just an offer of a cup of coffee would have been appreciated) made what could have been a wonderful dining experience pretty meh. I left disappointed and would not be back.

  It was a special celebration, and this staff was amazing! Maddison the Manager, Ana our Host, Rafa the BackWaiter, Lance the Sommelier, and Patrick our Server went above and beyond to make our night special!! I’m sorry if I missed anyone because this Staff really is great! The food was delicious and served hot! The drinks incredible too. The desserts were also unique but I was so full from what we feel were Top-Chef produced dishes.The Rack of Lamb was tender and cooked perfectly ! If you come to Telluride just the atmosphere and view at this restaurant alone makes it worth it but then you get all of the above too!!! Wow!

  I’m the most lucky 🍀 guy to have such amazing friends that took me to celebrate my birthday 🎂 dinner at one of the most prestigious restaurants in the world. Thank you 🙏🏼 to the Chef 👨‍🍳 for Adam Pace for such a wonderful dinner and coming over to our table to speak with us.

  This is my first trip to Telluride and let me tell you how memorable it was for me. I want to take this time to give a shout out to the staff at Allred's Restaurant in Telluride, Colorado for making this girl feel so special on her solo trip. I know it's hard to accommodate a solo guest with a table right next to the million dollar view on a busy weekend but you did everything you could to make me happy. I loved the food, the service, their impeccable attention and lovely recommendations to make my Sunday birthday dinner memorable. I'm comfortable with being by myself but these lovely people made me feel extra amazing 🤩 Thank you Colorado 🍁🫶🍁🚠 Highly recommend 😘🎂
