At El Diablo, our journey began in 2021 with humble beginnings as a taco food truck, bringing authentic Mexican flavors to the streets of Fort Collins, Colorado. Back then, we were known as El Diablo, and our mission was simple: to serve the best, most flavorful Mexican tacos to our community. Word quickly spread about our delicious tacos, made with fresh ingredients and time-honored recipes, earning us a reputation as the go-to spot for Mexican street food.
In response to overwhelming support from our customers, we took the next step in our journey by opening our very first restaurant in Fort Collins. With a passion for delivering an authentic dining experience, our restaurant became a local favorite, offering what many consider the best tacos in town.
Fast forward to 2024, and our story continues to grow. We're proud to open our new location in Loveland, Colorado: El Diablo Taco Bar. While we continue to stay true to our roots, bringing authentic Mexican flavors and warm hospitality to each guest, our new taco bar offers an expanded menu and a vibrant dining atmosphere. We're excited to share this new chapter with you as we keep serving up the flavors that have made El Diablo a beloved name.

It has a large menu with variety and lots of gluten free items marked. The fajitas were probably the best I have had. The corn tacos didn’t fall apart! We had a good time waiting for our food by enjoying the fresh tortilla chips and different salsas from the salsa bar. We will definitely be back!

Mine were more cheese than meat unfortunately but I’ll come back to try again. 😊 The service was super friendly! They have a salsa bar which is really cool!

The food is top notch fresh and flavorful, the salsa bar is amazing especially the habanero salsa! I really like their unique menu. I have loved everything I tried there including the chile rellenos, enchiladas and their burritos! The chips are freshly cooked the fresh salsa bar has tons of options. Brandon was super friendly and the house margaritas were amazing! The food and drinks are reasonably priced and you can also score on coupons. They also have ladies night on Thursday and mens night on Sunday for bogo on their amazing margaritas! Highly recommend you support this local restaurant they deserve it and I hope they stick around in Loveland! I wish I could give them 10 stars!
