They were out of soda, ice cream cups, waffle cones, napkins, hot fudge, sauces, toppings, the machine was broken, they were out of a lot of flavors, most of the ice cream looks as of it had been melted and refrozen. The entire store is basically out of things or broken and everyone that came in to order the line employee had to tell them they were out of one thing or another. Tables and floors were dirty, and the scoop that was used for my serving of ice cream was cross contaminated with god knows what. Ended up tossing what purchased at that point. Employee wasn’t wearing gloves while grabbing gloves and taking payment. I feel bad for the employee being left alone in a store like that. This place should shut down and close. Food safety issues and concerned for cross contamination.
