Placed a delivery order at 10:42am for $53.08 (which is wild all on its own for 1 pizza and cheese sticks!!) and someone called at 10:44am and left a voicemail that they were “at capacity” and cancelling my order and offering a credit. Spent the next 20 minutes trying to get through to someone, ended up at a call center waiting to speak to a supervisor. Try the store number again and when they finally answer at the store ask “is this for carry out or delivery”. Proceed to tell them they cancelled my order and I don’t want a credit, I want a refund. The guy says the refund will be processed but can’t explain why he would answer the phone asking if it’s delivery or carry out when the store apparently can’t accept any more orders or why the website would allow for orders to be placed. What a joke! It’s literally Tuesday before lunch rush and they can’t manage an order for 1 pizza and cheese sticks. Now 30 minutes later, I’m out $53 hoping a refund actually processes and no food. Never again!
