  Question for all Pizza huts?How come all pizza huts are so slow at delivery for food apps. Poor time management is my guess.

  I placed an online order with an expected pickup time, but when I arrived at 4:28 PM, nothing was ready. I didn’t leave the store until 4:50 PM, and by the time I got home, the food was completely cold. The place was poorly run and chaotic. No one greeted me when I walked in. The staff making the pizzas—a woman and a man—were openly arguing about who was doing more work, and several pizzas coming out of the oven were incorrect. While I waited, a man I assumed was the manager arrived. Another customer came in shortly after. He handed her a My Hut box, and she asked to add a 2-liter soda. He rang her up, she paid with a card, and she started to leave. He quickly called her back, saying she was short 29 cents. She set the soda down and walked out without it. He then spent a couple of minutes flipping through tickets before pulling out his phone and calling her. After about five minutes on the call, he hung up and muttered something like “people these days.” Meanwhile, my order was now more than 10 minutes late. Eventually, I noticed my pizzas sitting finished on the rack, but they were just waiting on the wings. The manager yelled from the front asking where the tickets were; the woman replied she was waiting on wings for my order. He brought out wings—wrong flavor—so they had to remake them (this was apparently the third attempt). Finally, the guy who had been making pizzas came up front, apologized to me, and handed over the order while the manager started making pizzas instead of working the issues going on??? Overall, it was a frustrating experience due to disorganization, staff conflict, and multiple errors. It has been this way for at least the last year- it never was when the had the ear in location and a staff that was fully competent.

  Made me wait for 15+ minutes after the pickup order time. The food also is really bad in comparison to other locations. Never ordering from here again.

  This was some of the crappiest pizza I've ever had. It was mostly bread with hardly any sauce or cheese on it. What an embarrassment to the Pizza Hut I remembered growing up. No wonder people are leaving large food chains behind. Needless to say, we'll never be ordering from here again.
