The complimentary chips and salsa was fantastic to start with perfectly cooked chips that were crunchy but not hard, and wouldn't crack in the bowl of perfectly balanced salsa. I had the shredded beef and bean smothered burrito 🌯 and side of rice and beans. The green chili was on point and had a nice kick. Next time ill be ordering a shredded chicken chimichanga as the added crunch would have added another tasty layer to an already wonderful meal. Cheers to you Mi Cocina! ✌️ 😎
