Specifically an old lady in a high visibility vest and a middle aged women wearing a black sweater. Witnessed a dasher with questions treated as if he was asking for the world and they responded to any service related questions as if they were severely inconvenienced. Was turned off by the way they treated the dasher but when I asked for just a few more sauces they gave me a look and gave me my sauce by throwing it rudely into my bag and walking off. Food was fine, but the service was significantly worse than what I'd expect at a McDonald's

It took more than 15 minutes to order and 30 minutes to get our food. She wasn't the problem, it was the fact that they left her to do everything by herself! I'm shocked they would do that. Also every time I come to the drive through they ask me to wait in the drive through pickup line. One time for a chicken sandwich they made me wait 20 min and told me that's just how long it takes. If you go inside no one acknowledges you. The staff don't show up to do their jobs here. This is coming from someone who used to work in food. I am currently waiting for my food as I write this review. It has been a good 10 minutes wait for 2 items now. Edit: I ordered on the app and my order was wrong once again.
