It always takes like 20 minutes to get your food and I swear sometimes they just forget about you until you go up to the counter to remind them. And if you don't use the kiosks to order, the staff is terrible with the register and will always get your order wrong. Plus the food is always gross and the fries are soggy, every time I go to the other McDonald's just over on Bellevue I get 1000% better food, just go there, the little bit of extra distance is worth it.
