I assume he is wearing it cuz he doesn't want to touch something. Yet he hands me back a wet quarter. Like what's your damage. Oh the burnt unsalted fries were pretty gross as well. Over all for fast food place....service was awful. I was there for 15 minutes.😐

The manager and staff refused to bring the order to the table, even though it is part of the service offered and required under ADA accommodations. They said they were “too busy” and didn’t have to do it, which is completely wrong. I am deaf and cannot hear names or numbers being called, so table delivery isn’t optional for me, it’s an accessibility requirement. I also witnessed a blind family being told to get their own food and drinks because the staff was “too busy.” That was unacceptable and extremely disappointing. This location needs proper ADA training and correction immediately. If this happens again, it will be reported to the Department of Justice. Customers with disabilities deserve to be treated with respect and accommodated according to the law.
