Friends, I’m asking YOU, how many of you, like me, have needed SO MUCH HELP ORDERING at these kiosks yet no one is willing to help?! I’ve even gone to the counter for help ordering and I’ve been ignored…ALOT. Y’all, I’m not invisible. My order matters. My kids are always HANGRY & those kiosks don’t care. Let me tell you that I nearly fainted on the spot when RAUL ERNESTO asked me if I needed any help ordering. Y’all, this southern mama nearly fell out from shock. He came out from behind the security of the counter and actually chose to see me, talk to me, and to be of assistance. And this wasn’t the last or only time he asked if he could help me or assist in any way. This young man stood out from EVERYONE, at ALL THE MCDONALDS, that I’ve EVER BEEN TO, COLLECTIVELY!!!!!! Since COVID, everything and everyone are less personal, less interactive and less accessible for services that can bring them more customers. In an effort to cut costs, no price can be put on exceptional service such as this. Please go see RAUL, have a relaxing experience and know that you are in good hands with Mr. ERNESTO in house. (I have zero affiliation with this location or person, I’m just singing his praise because he deserves every syllable). XOXO, P
