It was about 10 minutes because I have my timestamp but also I don’t mind waiting, I had to pull over and wait for my food. I saw several people getting their food behind me but also When you make a customer wait 10 minutes you should make sure everything is fresh when you bring that bag out my bag was cold. My fries were cold and I did not get what I ordered. I ordered the deluxe quarter pounder, but I did not get that anyways the only good McDonald’s is Crestline and Wads So you get a D.

- LRLeonardo ReyesNov 30, 20251.0This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had and I am a manager at my own restaurant so to be met with unprofessional behavior and blatant disrespect was beyond me. I had a 15hr drive and my first meal was supposed to be a burger at this location. Instead, My food came out squish the box was completely crushed and when I had called and complained to the manager working tonight (Nov 30th 2025), he spoke to me like some gang member and gave me an excuse and told me there was nothing to be done when I’m fully aware of McDonald’s policies…ya know, being a manager and all at one. This was a terrible reflection of the company and the service was beyond unacceptable and I WILL be using this experience as a lesson at my own store.
