3 Margaritas restaurant is an example of the immigrant dream, which included financial success as well as a chance to go back home and help those left behind. The nine Morales kids, six girls and three boys, slept on mats on the floor of a two bedroom house at their small ranch. After school they worked in the fields. Today all of them own at least one restaurant. After crossing the border Nicolas Morales ended up in Seattle where his brother Manuel lived.

Greeting, Polite, Fun, Outgoing, Silly, She danced, she laughed, she joked with us, she answered all questions, even translated our silly amateur Spanglish, she was great at upselling(I'm in the food serve industry) The food was great! Margaritas were so good! We will definitely come back again soon and mainly in hopes of being served by Esmeralda again!!!

We ordered a drink and beef and chicken fajitas. Everything was good except the amount of beef and chicken in comparison to the abundance of peppers and onions. Now in looking at my receipt and the website, I see I was over-charged. It shows $27.90 which is a rip off for the measly portion of beef and chicken we received. It was more of peppers and onions with a side of fajitas. We've visited other locations and have never been disappointed until this visit.
