Our Shirley Temple took an unusually long time to arrive, our food took about 40 minutes, and she never checked in on us after it was served. We also waited a long time for water and ultimately had to ask for our check. We understand being busy happens, but communication and basic check-ins would have made a big difference.

I had the lobster bisque which was nice, just nice. It had a nice spoon of lobster tail meat in the middle of a small soup cup. I also had the Caesar salad. It was not extravagant. I had to request cracked pepper which should have been offered. My friends, 12 in total, had sushi mainly, onion soup, and a sandwich. They seemed to have enjoyed it. The waiter forgot about one order of sushi for a child. He was anxious as everyone else was eating. The bread was good, especially the pretzel bread. All in all, I expected a nore impressive meal. I am sure that it was quite expensive but food quality and service should have been much better. ~ Kevy

Decided to try out Ocean Prime and we were very pleased with everything. Our server Ryan was absolutely amazing and paced our meal very well. He was extremely attentive to us and checked in at the right times! The food was prepared amazingly, my salmon was perfect and my husbands scallops were melting in his mouth as he ate them. We will be back for sure next time we are in Colorado.
