I have not see such simple things be so complicated before . Everything took so long because both of the kids working were either high as hell or something but I was literally saying " wow " the entire time. Lastly I would not return just for the ice-cream since the scoops are the size of one scoop at cold stone. The ice-cream was also a total disappointment. I'm not sure how they managed to make ice-cream badly but they pulled that off . Please get competent staff to run this place.

A bunch of kids working there that were extremely rude I asked him if I could have a half scoop of each flavor in my cone. They said no they can't do that even though I've had it done a million times at a million baskin-robbins. So I just got two children Scoops in a cone. They were extremely Snappy and rude they gave me a cup of vanilla ice cream for my dog I asked them to please cut it in half because I had ordered the children's portion but it was huge and I knew it would make him sick and there's no way I could divide it in my car. Tell me they couldn't do that. Basically they told me they could not remove half of it LOL I will never be going back to that location and they need to hire somebody with some personality even if their kids they don't need to be that rude. I looked at other reviews and I see I'm not the only one being treated that way I guess that's a good thing they weren't singling me out they treat everybody terribly

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
