No one speaks English cannot figure out how to understand a menu gives you wrong food and then looks at you like you’re the crazy one. Try to be extremely patient, but this is ridiculous.

Take everyone else’s advice and don’t even bother modifying anything or adding things to your items. Seems like they just flat out ignore it and give it to you how it comes

The food seems hot and fresh but our order is NEVER right. Big Mac -no sauce. Covered in sauce. Kids meal -no apples add fries. Apples in the kids meal box. McChicken - no mayo. Looks like heavy mayo. And it takes three employees discussing the issue to have the mistake remade.
