  They were so rude. Seemed to have attitude and were judgey. Horrible experience and ruined my day. I tell them thank you and they say nothing just silent with attitude. Worst customer service experience ever no wonder this place has horrible reviews

  Came in 30 minutes before close and the place looked closed, normally when we come in there's still donuts but this time every donut gone. The worker lady had nothing but bad energy

  Gave the most unfriendly service I have ever gotten at a dunkin. The guy at the window we greeted with a smile and he gave no emotion and when we handed him a gift card he slapped it down and said "be right back" as he turned his back, a different employee came back and ignored the gift card completely even when I mentioned it and she turned it over and looked at it and still did nothing with it and didn't acknowledge it. Was not given a fork for loaded hash browns either.

  They've made mistakes before on my order but the last few times its been correct, fast, and easy. I order for pickup. Sometimes it's a bit dirty inside - needs some tables wiped down, napkins refilled. But for what it is, and especially if you aren't eating in, it does the trick.

  The employee who took my order obviously hates his job as he didn't care to interact with me even when I greeted him with a smile and said Good Morning. I asked him if the cookie butter latte was only made cold or if it could be made hot, after looking in the computer, he explained only cold. I then ordered a large peppermint mocha latte with oatmilk and a dozen donuts. I also asked if I could have it put into my own cup to which he said yes and told me to leave it next to the register. He rang it up and after handing my receipt, he asked me if I really needed my receipt. Odd but whatever. After looking at my receipt, I saw that he rang me up for a latte with reg milk and I explained that I had asked for oatmilk. He said that he didn't hear me and that oatmilk costs extra to which I replied that I would pay for the extra then. He told me he couldn't do that as it would have needed to be done at the time of the beverage purchase. I told him to then refund the drink and re-ring it up so that it could be charged properly to which he told me that drink was already being made (the other employee had started making my drink but hadn't started steaming the milk. . I told him that I couldn't have straight milk so what are we going to do since I KNOW I asked for oatmilk. He sighed loudly, turned around, and told the other employee to make mine with oatmilk. After picking out my dozen donuts, the first employee noticed that the employee making my drink was putting it into a reg cup instead of the cup I brought it and told her that it needed to be in my cup but he did apologize to her that he forgot to tell her. When the female employee gave me my drink, I told her thank you and she wouldn't even look at me nor respond. I doubt I'll return here again.
