Even for simple orders like a single donut and a sandwich , they often forget items, so I always have to double-check my bag. The lines move painfully slow, and some of the staff have been quite rude. It feels like there’s a serious lack of management or organization here. Definitely disappointing compared to other Dunkin’ locations.
