Was told order was cancelled because it was never picked up. I informed I did delivery. Have text and email confirmation stating so. I was then told they use DoorDash/3rd party deliveries. So Pizza Hut doesn’t have its own delivery service anymore? Even so, I asked why nobody decided to notify me when the food wasn’t picked up? Crickets from the other end.

I eventually just said I wanted to go pick it up the last time it had to be remade. When I showed up I was accused of yelling at them over the phone when I didnt. Then the manager Tony came around and decided to yell at me too when I had requested a refund so I could take my buisness elsewhere. I didnt get my food or my refund and now my kids had to eat sandwiches for dinner due to Tony and his crew acting the way they did. In all my years of working in restaurants ive never had to deal with people this rude.

CHEESE, and when I called and asked for a credit I was told “we aren’t giving credits this time because we are swamped and the manager is too busy, but she said we aren’t giving you a credit because of the cheese”. That’s crazy! I asked to speak to her STACY the “manager” (who shouldn’t be a manger) told me she’s not giving a credit. Super rude . Not only doesn’t the pizza lack taste, but so does the manager
