    Charged for food that wasnt mine. Waited outside it drive thru waited for 25 min on a #3. On a cheese burger. Ppl are a joke. You get a job for a reason stop being lazy and do your job right. Or find a different job.

    My wife and I ordered food through the mobile app and it took 30 minutes to receive our food. The order we got was not our order at all and when we did receive our order, it was still missing items. This isn't the first time this has happened and at this point I have to believe it's intentional. It's beyond ridiculous to have to wait that long for what is supposedly "fast food" and not only to have the wrong order but have to talk to someone 3 times to get it correct. It also took so long to get our food (we ordered ice cream cones) that they were put in cups when handed to us, which made me think they had been left out too long and melted. This establishment has been extremely disappointing

    The manager that is workkng behind the counter, younger guy about 5 foot something. His name is Allen. He was being extremely disrespectful to staff. I heard him say you need to pull yoir head out to another employee. Extremely toxic to staff and environment
