- BBBob Fudge (BobFudge)Jan 1, 20265.0Great Dunkin, has been my regular location for 5 years now, only thing to really complain about is the inconsistent coverage icing on the donuts. Sometimes you get a donut with perfect covering and sprinkles. Other times it seems half of the donut is missing icing and you get a few sprinkles (like 4) on the whole donut. I am aware inconsistency as a whole plagues Dunkin locations everywhere, however this place makes Donuts in house, which means the donuts are fresher but suffer from this inconsistency greatly. I don't think this is neccasarily managements fault either. Anytime Marian is here, the place runs as smooth as butter. Now keep in mind it is to me a 5 star location regardless of this small nitpick complaint, incredibly nice employees who are very receptive to customers. If the Hancock Dunkin is a 3 star, this place is easily 5 stars, donuts down.
