    We went and had gotten a meal and used a code, but they had putten 2 meals and said we couldn’t get the drink we had wanted with it. So we changed the drink and somehow the price went up. So I asked the manager to read me what we had gotten and she did. We noticed they had put 2 meals down and we asked her to take one off and the extra drink. She was horribly rude. An old lady with glasses, pink uniform, and brown hair. She said it was correct that we ordered it. She told us to look at the receipt because we just ended up paying for it. After we looked at the receipt we noticed she was wrong and it was not our order. We repeated the order many times and had still been charged for an extra meal and drink after REPEATEDLY telling her what we had ordered. The worker next to her was even trying to tell her it was wrong but she was just being rude saying we were.

    My friend and I went to get food, we used our McDonald’s app code to get a $6 meal, accompanied by a cheeseburger and a Carmel frappe, when we did that, the worker charged us $19.96, we were confused but complied, when we got to the window they said that it was now $26.00 which confused us, a manager came to help us and did quite the opposite. Instead of hearing us out she was extremely rude, I’ve never had to experience this behavior from someone who is expected to be professional, instead of trying to help us fix it, she told us how we were wrong, when we finally got a word out, we told her that we ordered a $6 meal using a code, and a cheeseburger and Carmel frappe, she tried to say that the Carmel frappe was why it was $26, we told her how we only ordered one meal and she told us that we were only charged for one meal, the other worker was even trying to explain how she was misunderstanding and tried to help but loan behold, she ignored him too. She was extremely rude and that’s not how professional companies should be. It’s not the fact we had to pay an extra $11, it’s the fact that she had no professionalism and was rude and yelling at us the entire time. It was an old lady with glasses, brown hair, and a pink uniform. Extremely unprofessional, even I was more composed and respectful than she was.

    The absolute worst McDonald's experience in my life. At 5pm - the store had 6 customers inside waiting on their orders, the drive through wasn't backed up, but they just couldn't get orders out. They seemed to mess up and have to correct half of people's orders ahead of me. After 25 minutes waiting for a plain hamburger (patty and bun) and watching customers who came in after me receiving theirs, on top of staff just standing around and looking like zombies, I just got my money back and left. This place needs an overhaul

    Stopped to get food and we ordered nuggets with honey and ketchup for sauces and it clearly said that on the receipt but we got ranch and spicy buffalo like how hard is it really to read? The nuggets were old and the fries were cold as well. I've stopped here several times and they usually mess something up. The one in Brush is better will start going there instead.
