Somehow I got charged for the items even though it never got delivered. Somehow it never got completely canceled and it's only been a couple days. But when you don't get your items, you think they could maybe give you your money back slightly faster. But that's not how it works and then I come in just to double-check with the drive up and go. And there's just one blonde young lady in there. Not in any kind of uniform. Sitting at a desk with their cell phone and she takes my name spells it wrong. Doesn't ask me for a phone number for her manager to call me back and then I figured that's okay. That's fine. I know nobody really wants to work and if they're on break they can't just say I'm so sorry. I'm on break. I can take your number cuz there's no customer service with young folk anymore. Then I walk up to the Starbucks and I thought okay. I'll get a drink and the poor guy who's there. I see him look at me and then look back down like God another customer. So I said okay. I'll get out of line so I'm just going to grab some food and go home because I don't think anybody really wants to talk or help you today here. Sorry for the rant but this is ridiculous

Recently, I had a digital coupon clipped for an item, but for some inexplicable reason, it was ineffective. I asked for assistance, and the shift manager was available nearby. Unfortunately, she was unprofessional and insisted that there was no way to utilize a digital offer coupon over an item that was on sale (member price). To my understanding, digital coupons offer additional savings even on items that are already on sale (member price). Therefore, if this is a recent policy change, I will no longer patronize this establishment.
