Recently, I had a digital coupon clipped for an item, but for some inexplicable reason, it was ineffective. I asked for assistance, and the shift manager was available nearby. Unfortunately, she was unprofessional and insisted that there was no way to utilize a digital offer coupon over an item that was on sale (member price). To my understanding, digital coupons offer additional savings even on items that are already on sale (member price). Therefore, if this is a recent policy change, I will no longer patronize this establishment.
