I got a French dip loads of fatty inedible chunks. Churro drink tasted like tequila with a little seasoning on top. The TV was broken as well. Over all not worth the $110 bill.

This did not appear to be an isolated issue, as other customers were also complaining. The food was served cold and lacked flavor, which was very disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements in both service and food quality.

I ate my whole meal with no drink because our server dropped the plates off and turned and left before even asking if we needed anything else, then never checked back. I asked for the check and sat for another 10 minutes waiting before getting up to use the restroom, then coming back to see the table had been cleared while I was gone…. Good think my drink was empty the whole time any way or I’d have been more upset about that… I ended up going up the bar to pay and being ignored for another several minutes. One of the staff behind the bar rolled her eyes at me and turned and walked away. At one point I considered just leaving since clearly nobody wanted me to pay… once I was finally given the check I began to express my displeasure to my waitress (who was a manager by the way according to her name tag), and she turned and walked away without even acknowledging that I was speaking. Overall, I’m appalled. They were not busy at all, and my only true option to get service would have been to get up a track someone down which I could have done.. but shouldn’t have needed to. Outrageously overpriced, terrible service. I’m just upset that I wasted $75 for terrible food and wasn’t even given the chance to send food back, or have it made right.
