    Just call the store to speak with the manager, and a unprofessional team member of their cashiers answer the phone I ask if I can know his name just to reference , so the guys was very rude he told me, u don’t need my name and if u don’t tell what u want I will hang up , so basically i recorded the call i will be sending this to the HR and Reaching Out the district department. so good luck on Keep Up with the shitty work and the bad & unprofessional ethics. Like i said phone is being recorded and pretty sure just by the voice they will know who it is

    They are unprofessional, rude, and very unprofessional organized. The staff and manager all need more training on when and how to treat their customers when you walk in all staff were focused on drive thru only and I believe she was the manager on 12/3 around noon so another customer. Well there's nobody upfront, All while the dining area was open. Never greeted us upon arriving in the doors and stood there with no one's saying anything to us for a whole 15-20 mins. All staff were only focused on drive thru which as well was half way to the street, that's why we decided to go in when arrived. We never got to order and we left after all the time wasted, nothing said and nasty demeanor we went elsewhere to a nearby place to eat. ALL THE STAFF WERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE SEEN US STANDING THERE AND KEPT WORKING ON DRIVE THRU ONLY AND NEVER GREETED OR ASKED TO HOLD FOR A MOMENT. WOWWW
