THERE WAS NO REFUND. I escalated with customer support and recieved no response except that my issue had been resolved. Still NO REFUND, no acknowledgement, and they closed my ticket. This restaurant quite literally is stealing money and managed in criminal/fraudulent fashion.

Sent in a request to customer support and over a week later received a blank email saying nothing other than that the issue had been resolved. I never received a refund or my order.
