I’m not sure what they wanna be called but she was or he was extremely rude over the fact that I presented a my Colorado ID, which is accepted at every government agency and I am OK with being told no but I am not OK with her acting like she hates her job or he acting like he hates his job. And then being rude about it if they don’t want the job then let them give it to somebody who does but being rude to customers is not OK. Safeway will lose tens of thousands of dollars over this and I know that doesn’t matter to anybody locally but $10,000 is $10,000. I will instruct my whole family not to come back here as a result of that person.

Unbelievably rude, and prior to me interrupting the personal conversation the elderly woman was having with her coworker, I could hear multiple obscenities from both women. They were unprofessional and beyond rude. I needed to switch one of the 3 items I was purchasing, and that was met with eye-rolling and slamming the items across the scanner. Won’t shop again.
