I’ve never been to a place and been completely ignored before. Ten minutes of my life I won’t get back and wasn’t even able to order food because you all never came up. Atleast 10 of you guys working too, yall should be ashamed to work in customer service. 👎🏻 walked 20 minutes to this place for absolutely nothing.

I get you just want meet corporate standards with your drive thru times, but that just means you need to be faster!!!! I don’t want to “wait by the windows” I want my food at the window!!! I don’t understand how corporate is allowing this terrible service.

To check that they were open, and then I ended up driving to the location as online. It did say that they were open. When I arrived, in the drive thru, I was met with attitude and animosity. They advertise being open until 11 PM, but the employees clearly had a problem with that and wanted to be done working before that.

I order through the app and today for some reason it was put through to a different location I spoke with the manager Jamie and she helped me figure out the issue and helped me with quick and prompt professional service this is why I choose this location their customer service is the best out of any restaurant or fast food service I’ve ever used
