    Terrible experience. Waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru. Had to go in and get my combo. Never again.

    You all really left me standing at the register with no help while every single person on shift looked at me and continued doing what they were doing even if it was nothing they were doing. I’ve never been to a place and been completely ignored before. Ten minutes of my life I won’t get back and wasn’t even able to order food because you all never came up. Atleast 10 of you guys working too, yall should be ashamed to work in customer service. 👎🏻 walked 20 minutes to this place for absolutely nothing.

    If you aren’t fast enough to hand the drive thru out the window, it’s not my problem to drive around and wait for the food. I get you just want meet corporate standards with your drive thru times, but that just means you need to be faster!!!! I don’t want to “wait by the windows” I want my food at the window!!! I don’t understand how corporate is allowing this terrible service.

    I hate to leave a bad review, but heavily disappointed in this location. I called multiple times with no answer. To check that they were open, and then I ended up driving to the location as online. It did say that they were open. When I arrived, in the drive thru, I was met with attitude and animosity. They advertise being open until 11 PM, but the employees clearly had a problem with that and wanted to be done working before that.

    I come to this location all the time and always receive wonderful service. I order through the app and today for some reason it was put through to a different location I spoke with the manager Jamie and she helped me figure out the issue and helped me with quick and prompt professional service this is why I choose this location their customer service is the best out of any restaurant or fast food service I’ve ever used
