Please keep this staff and give them raises. 💯 This is my favorite taco bell location and I will never eat at another again as long as they keep it up.

Staff and an app help ticket did nothing but provide a single free item coupon. (I would have preferred a simple apology from a human, but I guess an automated email coupon code is what passes for customer service in 2025.) It's Taco Bell, the food is consistent, but service is consistently horrible at this location.

I drove 10+ mins out of the way to stop because I thought they were still open. Pulled up to the drive up speaker only to be greeted by an automated recording telling me that they were closed. I honestly hate using this location but living in Peyton, you only have so many options. I won't be making this mistake again and they won't be getting my business again. *Sidenote - you can get 100 packets of mild/hot/fire sauce etc for free but if you ask for 20 packs of the Salsa Verde (the green sauce) bc you ordered 20+ tacos, they want to charge you $0.30/packet.
