Spent almost 10 minutes trying to get help at the counter, another person was waiting 15. The worst Taco Bell in Colorado Springs. Avoid this place.

Multiple bad experiences. Drive thru not open on more than one occasion. Out of rice, long lines due to slow service. Messy, unclean appearance. Did not appear to have anyone in charge. The only two employees I saw seemed young, unprofessional, and unconcerned with the rising frustration of the customers.

Went to order through the drive thru was told their system wasn’t working and if I wanted to order I had to come inside. Went inside to order no one at register, a young lady was standing at the counter the person who was working rudely walked up to her to tell her they didn’t have time for any interviews and didn’t hire minors (upon speaking with other Taco Bell’s including a family member who is a manager at one) that’s a lie, but she was rude about it and did it in front of a lobby of people. The girl went to stand with what looked like her mom and a child to order food and the workers proceeded to stare her down and talk about her. This is the worse experience I have ever had or have had to witness for a person trying to get a job. They messed up my order did not provide any hot sauce. They were rude about putting food out for everyone waiting and everyone had to order through their kiosks. There was a line and people waiting through out the whole lobby. I will be going to other Taco Bell’s to get my food. And those workers should not be any kind of customer service.

I work close to this location and normally drive all the way to the one on wahsach because every time I go I have a bad experience. I have been told they won’t take my order unless I use the mobile app, they are out of beef, they are out of tortillas or taco shells, they can only take cash and it has to be exact change. Customer service is always rude even if they are not busy. I ask for hot sauce and get mild, today I got fire. I only get 30mins for lunch so driving to the other one is inconvenient but they always get everything right, are nice and I’ve never been told any of the other things I get told when I go to this location. Every once in a while I will go to this one to see if it’s gotten any better and each time disappointed with how incompetent this Taco Bell is. You sit in line when your time is limited to just be told they can’t take care of you is frustrating. Something needs to be done about this location. If you want to go to Taco Bell and are close to this location I would recommend driving a little ways down the road and staying away from this place. This is the last time I will try and go here.

Went to this Taco Bell today. At the drive-thru, the AI voice was stopped by a worker who told me the drive-thru was closed and I had to come inside to order. Came inside to see a line of people waiting to enter their own order on a screen. Not a cashier. The screen was buggy and unresponsive but eventually I was able to submit my order. I then waited about 25 minutes before my order was called at the counter. I didn't receive any of the hot sauce I ordered, and my drink was the wrong size. Rather than being empathetic and apologizing for the mistake, the workers were annoyed and impatient when I brought this up. Don't ever let anyone convince you these people should earn more than minimum wage.
