I ordered two bean burritos with sour cream and extra onions and a medium rockstar refresher and some hot sauces. It scale out to $12 and something cents. I pull up and the cashier just yanked my card from my hand and shut the window, didn’t say anything. After payment she shoves the card thru the window and shuts it again. She then hands me the bag of food and said bye. No drink. I wait there and she’s talking to someone else until she sees me staring at her. She then opened the window not saying anything so I tell her I ordered a drink as well. She shuts the window and starts to make it. It took 3 minutes and the drink was not mixed at all. Just sparkling whatever on top and syrup at the bottom. I left. When I go to eat the food it has no sour cream and no onions and no sauce. This absolutely made me mad considering that’s your only job is to make sure it’s correct.

I know it's fast food, but genuinely, come on. Also a 45 minute wait for a box and a burrito is absolutely insane.
