  I asked for a diet coke and was given coke zero. Though both have 0 calories, they do not taste the same. Not happy about this option.

  We went specifically to try the new ciabatta bread sandwiches. They were out of most everything. The poor young girl was working alone. She said the truck had just come in with the rest of the meats & toppings but she couldn't get to it & wait on customers so she asked us to order from what was out. So, we ordered our sandwiches from the very limited choices. The employee had a really hard time cutting the ciabatta bread. There were only 2 pieces left & they were pretty stale. The bottom was paper this & broke in 3 places on one sandwich & broke in 1/2 on the other. We asked for then to be toasted which didn't work out either. I think for this type of bread they need to adjust the time because it's so dense. I would suggest asking for it to be toasted 2 or even 3 times if u want the ciabatta bread. I would further suggest that u not order the ciabatta bread. Its, dry, tasteless & apparently hard to cut. Its unfortunate because ciabatta is one of my favorite breads. Because the location is convenient, we may give it one more try but definitely would walk out if this situation happened again. With picky kids, subway is usually a good option because they can custom order their toppings but when very little is available, well, it's no longer a good option. This all has a very simple solution, have more employees working when the truck comes.
