- SMSummer McKinley4 days ago2.0Ordered online order at 6:10pm for 6:30pm pickup time. Came into restaurant at about 6:25pm. It was busy and there was only one employee working, but I was waiting for about an hour. There was no way to even cancel the order to just go somewhere else. I had to wait the basically hour because I had already paid for the order. Service would be ten times better if there were at least two employees to work on people ordering there and online orders. Also if the employees were trained to alternate between mobile orders and people ordering at the store rather than just the people in line. Mobile ordering is supposed to be a faster and more convenient way, and this experience definitely was not that. I am not happy.
