I truly appreciate them 2 as top teir workers at such level of fast food. Thank you again on your excellence. 5/5 place & customer service expecatons!

I was a bit upset and made my opinion known. They made my order and I watched them make it wrong. Then I told him to go ahead and make the one person who was in line's food before remaking my food. Instead of remaking my one sandwich he opened up my other sandwich then rewrapped it and told me it was correct. I had to open the other sandwich and show him it was made wrong. They then made two other customers orders who had just walked in. While handing me my corrected order the person tells me that if I order online my food basically doesn't get made until there are no walk ins waiting.

I will upload what I originally ordered versus what I got.
- BCBaron ChansomphouNov 2, 20251.0Ordered online for 2 footlongs and a cookie. Suppose to be ready by 1115. They didn't have ingredients for 1 sub so I had to get a substitute. At least they let me choose whatever sub replacement I wanted. Left the store by 1145. Was offered a free drink for the wait but I refused and just left with what I ordered. A $2.00 bottle isnt enough to make up for 30 minutes of waiting. I'll will not be doing business with Subway again. I will say restaurant was clean and food was alright.
