That's what takes this shop from a fantastic local spot to a regional must-visit. The cheese "skirt" is a huge ring of cheese placed on top of the burger, about double the size of the bun, and crisped up on the griddle. An absolute delicacy. Eat it with your burger or tear it off to snack on as you go, either way it's one of life's simple pleasures that you didn't know you were missing.

Great service here too. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The location is easy to get to and has a great atmosphere. We will return!

When I said something to the crew they seems bothered or annoyed I said anything about it. It was by far the worst experience I ever had at this restaurant since it (until today) was my favorite burger place!!! If you want it done right and the service to be out standing I would suggest going to the one out of East Powers!! Because they are absolutely amazing Everytime I have gone so far!!!
